Our personalized yoga and mobility sessions are designed to help women feel stronger, calmer, more connected, and supported in every stage of their feminine life… from busy everyday routines to pregnancy, postpartum, stress recovery, and overall well-being.

Unlike traditional drop-in yoga studios, our approach is intentionally personalized and training-focused. Sessions are offered privately or in small semi-private groups of up to 3 women, allowing friends or family members to train together while still receiving individualized guidance and support.

A Private & Semi-Private Women’s Yoga & Sound Bathing Space in Vaughan


Led by a certified Women’s Yoga Health Specialists (WYHS) and Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 300), each session is thoughtfully designed to support women through life’s transitions with gentle, safe, and supportive yoga.

Each session blends gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Select sessions include sound healing to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance.

Located in Vaughan (HOUSE OF DOLLS, 4-120 Woodstream Blvd, Second floor - YOGA HOUSE CANADA STUDIO), this is your space to pause, reset, and feel at ease.
