Why Attend Private Yoga Sessions & What to Expect
When you book a private yoga session, you receive a practice designed specifically for you—your body, your goals, your energy. This looks different for everyone.
Private sessions are available in three durations:
60 minutes – $60
90 minutes – $80
120 minutes – $100
Each session is tailored to the yoga style you wish to practice, which can be decided up to a day in advance. You may want an energizing flow, a gentle stretch, or something deeply calming after a long day.
During your private session, I’ll guide you through personalized movement, support you with proper alignment, and help you work toward any specific goals—whether it’s building strength, improving flexibility, gaining confidence in specific asanas (postures) or simply finding a moment of peace.
NOTE: Rates are per session, not per person—so couples, friends or family are welcome to attend together and split the cost.
Sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home or at a local neighborhood park (weather permitting).
Please note: If the location is outside my usual service areas (Toronto, Richmond Hill, Markham, or Vaughan), an additional travel fee may apply.
