A Semi-Private Women’s Wellness Space in Vaughan


Welcome to Yoga House Canada — a private women’s wellness space designed for calm, connection, and care.

Led by a certified Women’s Yoga Health Specialists (WYHS) and Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 300), each session is thoughtfully designed to support women through life’s transitions with gentle, safe, and supportive yoga.

Our semi-private classes (max 4 women) offer a quieter, more personal experience — allowing you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel truly supported.

Each class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Select sessions include sound healing to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance.

Located in Vaughan, this is your space to pause, reset, and feel at ease.

We support women through the many transitions of womanhood—offering gentle, grounding yoga practices designed to regulate the nervous system, support pelvic health, and promote hormonal balance.
