Led by a certified Women’s Yoga Health Specialists (WYHS) and Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT 300), each session is thoughtfully designed to support women through life’s transitions with gentle, safe, and supportive yoga.
Our semi-private classes (max 4 women) offer a quieter, more personal experience — allowing you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel truly supported.
Each class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation. Select sessions include sound healing to help regulate the nervous system and restore balance.
